    If you want us to stop raiding your members teach them not to be farms.

    If you or they are in someone's area, they will pay one way or another... either tribute of 1 hrs resources or raids... this is up the individual member.

    If you want serious diplomatic neogtiations, send an In Game Message to the diplomat.
